The measuring principle of Masterbatch Moisture Meter, Masterbatch Moisture Tester, Plastic Moisture Measuring Instrument, Plastic Moisture Tester is the oven-drying weight loss method, and the instrument automatically calculates the moisture content of the masterbatch (percentage of moisture content) by the difference in the mass of the specimen before and after heating, and by the percentage of the original mass of the specimen before heating.
The Masterbatch Moisture Tester adopts 450W ring halogen lamp as the heating source, which can quickly and evenly heat and dry the sample without easily damaging the sample surface. The operation of the masterbatch moisture tester and the plastic pellet moisture tester is relatively simple, without manual calculation, and it is suitable for almost all kinds of industries that need to measure the moisture content of materials. Masterbatch Plastic Granule Moisture Tester can be used to measure the moisture content of rubber, plastic, PP plastic, PE plastic, pipe, latex, wood plastic products, PVC plastic, PS plastic, PA plastic, PC plastic, PET plastic, ABS plastic, plastic auxiliaries, masterbatch, battery powder, ceramic slurry, battery slurry, lithium carbonate, tin concentrate, casting sand, silica micropowder, pearl sand, expanded perlite, brazing agent, filler, aluminum and silver slurry. The determination of water content and solid content of materials, such as agent, filler, aluminum silver paste, pigment powder, adhesive, sludge, coating, ink, paint, water reducing agent, etc.
Moisture standard of common masterbatches
Color masterbatches are generally divided into rubber masterbatches and plastic masterbatches and other color masterbatches and so on. Moisture content directly affects the quality of masterbatches and is also an important factor affecting production and processing. In the daily production process, the moisture content of plastic masterbatches is generally controlled within 0.1%, and the moisture content of rubber masterbatches is controlled within 0.3%. The moisture content indexes of different masterbatches are different. In QB 1648-92 “polyethylene masterbatches”, it is stipulated that the moisture of polyethylene masterbatches should be controlled within 0.15%; in HG/T 4668-2014 “polypropylene (PP) masterbatches”, it is stipulated that the moisture content of PP masterbatches should not be more than 0.3%, and the moisture content of ABS masterbatches is stipulated in QB/T 2894-2007 “acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene ( ABS) masterbatches” in the requirements to be controlled within 0.3%.
